Passionnée par l’épanouissement maternel, Nathalie est diplômée en science de la vie et de la santé. Elle est à l’initiative du concept francophone des Cercles Mamans-Bébés, en facilite sur la région Toulousaine et forme les facilitatrices de demain.

Maman de 2 enfants, c’est sa dépression du post-partum et son baby clash qui l’ont conduite sur le chemin de l’accompagnement parental. Après une première maternité compliquée, elle a opté pour un congé parental lors de l’arrivée de son second enfant. Une révélation !

Que ce soit pour sortir de l’isolement, de la solitude, ou tout simplement pour le plaisir d’échanger avec d’autres mamans, Nathalie vous accompagnera lors de Cercles Mamans-Bébés thématiques. L’occasion pour tisser du lien, rire, pleurer et en savoir plus sur ce qui se passe pour vous, votre bébé, sa fratrie et votre couple durant cette période intense du post-partum.

Ces Cercles en visio, d’une durée de 2h00 seront ouverts à maximum 6 mamans accompagnées par leur bébé âgé entre 0 et 9 mois. Les thématiques seront proposées à l’avance pour vous permettre de choisir le ou les ateliers dont vous avez le plus envie.
