La périnatalité est une période charnière et intense durant laquelle son objectif est d’accompagner émotionnellement les futurs parents. Elle voit son accompagnement comme une balade qu’elle partage avec les futurs et jeunes parents, à leurs côtés, à leur rythme.

En fonction de leurs besoins, envies, ils explorent ensemble les chemins qui s’offrent à eux afin que les parents fassent leurs propres choix de façon éclairée.

Son outil principal est l’écoute active et bienveillante qu’elle propose aux personnes qu’elle accompagne. Elle leur ouvre un espace pour déposer sans crainte leurs parcours, angoisses et peurs.

Elle est formée à l’hypnonatal, ainsi qu’au chant prénatal. Des outils concrets, simples et apaisants qui aident à trouver en soi les ressources nécessaires pour vivre la grossesse, l’accouchement et le postpartum le plus sereinement possible.

Elle pratique aussi le massage bébé, le rituel du bain sensoriel et le portage physiologique.
Elle est aussi complètement addict au massage au tissu rebozo, qu’elle pratique tant pendant la grossesse, l’accouchement et le postpartum.

Pour résumer, elle prend soin des futurs et jeunes parents pour qu’ils puissent ensuite prendre soin de leur bébé !
